a. GUAVA JELLY

Baby, I really, really love you now.
I think you should stop your cryin';
Here my kerchief to dry your eyes,
You know that I love you, yea-eah-eah.
Groovy; here I am:
Come rub it 'pon me belly
Like a guava jelly.
Damsel, here I stand:
Come rub it 'pon me belly
Like-a guava jelly.

b. THIS TRAIN

This train - mm - mm - mm;
This train is bound to glory - this train;
Talkin' 'bout ma: this train is bound to glory - this train:
This train is bound to glory,
This train carry no un'oly;
This train - I'm a-talkin' 'bout: this train.

When I was just a kid,
My mommy used to sing this song.
Now I've grown to be a man,
Well, it still lingers deep down in my soul;
I said, it still lingers deep down in my soul.

I'm talkin' 'bout: this train is bound to glory - this train;
This train is bound to glory - this train;
This train is bound to glory,
O dis 'ere train carry no un'oly.
This train - I'm a-talkin' 'bout: this train.

c. CORNERSTONE

The stone that the builder refuse
Will always be the head cornerstone-a;
The stone that the builder refuse
Will always be the head cornerstone.

You're a builder, baby;
Here I am, a stone.
Don't you pick and refuse me,
'Cause the things people refuse
Are the things they should choose.
Do you 'ear me? Hear what I say!

Stone that the builder refuse
Will always be the head cornerstone-a;
The stone that the builder refuse, yeah! -
Will always be the head cornerstone.

You're a builder, baby;
Wo, here I am, a stone!
Don't you pick and refuse me,
'Cause the t'ings people refuse
Are the things they should use;
The things people refuse
Are the things they should use.
Do you 'ear me? Hear what I say!

Stone dat them builder refuse
Will always be the head cornerstone-a;
The stone that dem builder refuse
Will always be the head cornerstone.

d. COMMA COMMA

Comma, comma, come back here,
My-y young lady;
Comma, comma, come back here to me,
My-y young lady, yeah!
Jus' while I thought
Everything was running smooth,
She left me
While I was in the mood.
Now I'm callin' to you,
But my world is relying for you to:

Comma, comma, come back here,
My-y young lady, yeah!
Comma, comma, come back here to me,
My-y young lady!
Jus' while I thought
Everything was running smooth.
You know I love you;
Oh now I love you. /fadeout/

e. DEWDROPS

Mm-mm-hm.
I've been searchin' the whole darn day
For a little woman of mine - mine - mine - mine.
Someone a-told me I could find her here,
But it seem she disappear.
Said, I searched the whole darn day;
Night is drawing nigh.
I t'ink I'd better go home;
Try tomorrow again.

But when I reached that railroad station,
I missed the last train,
And then it seemed like dewdrops
Gonna fall on me;
Yes, it seem like teardrops
Gonna call on me now.

I said, I'd better make up my mind
What am I gonna do.
Am I gonna rest up here,
Or am I gonna push on through?

My mind say, "Hey, man, ya hit the road."
Down there I missed the track - track - track;
I'm lost! Lord, I'm lost, eh!
Love is such a heavy load!

And then: for crying out loud, come back to me!
For crying out loud, hear my plea!
For crying out loud, come back to me!
Why do you treat me so bad?
Why do you treat me so bad?
Mm - mm - mm - mm - bam, bam.
Bom, bom, bome, bome.

f. STIR IT UP

Let's stir it up!
Stir it up, little darlin';
Stir it up. Yaga, yaga.
Little darlin', stir it up. Mm.
Little darlin'.

It's been a long, long time
Since I've got you on my mind, o-oh.
Now you are here
It's so clear:
See what we could do,
Just you and me, yea-eah!

Let's stir it up!
Little darlin', stir it up!
Oh, come on, woman!
Little darlin', come on! Stir it up. ...
Little darlin'.

I'll push the wood, blaze the fire;
Satisfy your heart desire.
I'll a-stir it, yeah - every minute, yeah!
All you got to do, honey, Keep it in it.

Let's stir it up!
Little darlin', let's stir it up!
Little darlin', stir it up!
Oh, wo - wo - wo - wo-ah, li'l darlin'. Lead up now.

g. I'M HURTING INSIDE

When I was just a little child,
'Appiness was there awhile.
Then from me it slipped one day:
'Appiness, come back, I say,
'Cause if you don't come - come,
I go looking, yeah! -
For 'appiness.
'Cause if you don't come - come,
I go looking now! -
For 'appiness.

Then together like school children,
Then your hurt was just in vain.
Lord, I'm your weary child:
'Appiness, come back. Oh, I -
'Cause if you don't come
Gonna go lookin', yeah! -
For 'appiness.
And if you don't come,
Gonna go lookin', yeah! -
For 'appiness.
Like Jah said, I'm a-hurtin' inside;
I'm a-hurtin' inside.

Bob Marley was a renowned Jamaican reggae musician and songwriter, and "Could You Be Loved" is one of his most popular and enduring songs. The lyrics of the song explore themes of love, unity, and social justice, encouraging listeners to consider whether they are open to receiving and giving love to others. The production and arrangement of "Could You Be Loved" features Marley's distinctive reggae sound, with elements of Rastafarianism and African rhythms, and has been praised for its innovative use of instrumentation and vocal harmonies. "Could You Be Loved" was released at a time of significant political and social change in Jamaica and the wider world, and Marley's lyrics reflect this context through their themes of love, unity, and social justice. Despite being released over four decades ago, "Could You Be Loved" remains a popular and influential song, with its message of love, unity, and social justice continuing to resonate with listeners around the world. The song has been covered and remixed by numerous artists across a range of genres, showcasing the enduring appeal and versatility of Marley's work.

Red, red wine goes to my head,
Makes me forget that I still need her so

Red, red wine, it's up to you
All I can do I've done
Memories won't go, memories won't go

Life is fine every time,
Thoughts of you leave my head
I was wrong, now I find
Just one thing makes me forget

Red, red wine, stay close to me
Don't let me be alone
It's tearing apart my blue heart

Red red wine, you make me feel so fine,
You keep me rockin' all of the time
Red red wine, you make me feel so grand,
I feel a million dollar when you're just in my hand
Red red wine, you make me feel so sad,
Any time I see you go, it make me feel bad
Red red wine, you make me feel so fine,
Monkey back and ease up on the sweet deadline

Red red wine, you give me holy pahzing
Holy pahzing, you make me do my own thing
Red red wine, you give me not awful love
Your kind of lovin' like a blessing from above
Red red wine, I loved you right from the start,
Right from the start, and with all of my heart
Red red wine in an eighties style
Red red wine in a modern beat style
Yeah

Give me a little time, let me clear out my mind
Give me a little time, let me clear out my mind
Give me red wine, the kind make me feel fine
You make me feel fine all of the time
Red red wine, you make me feel so fine
Monkey back and ease up on the sweet deadline
The line broke, the money get choked,
Bunbah, ganjapani, little rubber boat
Red red wine, I'm gonna hold on to you,
Hold on to you 'cause I know you love truth
Red red wine, I'm gonna love you till I die,
Love you till I die, and that's no lie
Red red wine, can't get your off my mind
Wherever you may be, I'll surely find,
I'll surely find. Make no fuss, just leave us

Neck hump, also known as Dowager's Hump, is typically associated with older women aged 50-59 due to the sudden drop in estrogen during menopause. However, younger people of every gender are now developing this condition as well, often due to prolonged technology use and poor posture, which has led to the condition being called text hump, text neck, or tech neck. Neck hump can be caused by medical reasons such as osteoporosis, degenerative spine changes, congenital disorders, and underlying bone or ligament conditions.
Symptoms may include pain, muscle fatigue, stiffness or tension in the neck and upper shoulders, burning sensation on the spine between the shoulders, headaches and migraines, noticeable forward rounding posture of the shoulders, and forward leaning of the neck. Prevention and treatment options for neck hump include good posture practices, regular exercise, and good nutrition. Here are ten exercises to prevent or improve posture-related neck hump. If you are unsure of the cause of neck hump, it is recommended to consult your healthcare provider to rule out any underlying pathologies or metabolic disorders.

In November of 2014, the North Korean government published a video discrediting a prominent North Korean defector named Shin Dong-hyuk. Shin Dong-hyuk was an outspoken critic of North Korea's human rights record, drawing worldwide attention to the harsh realities of the North Korean regime with his 2012 book, "Escape from Camp 14", and testifying before a United Nations Commission of Inquiry about his ordeal.

In this 18-minute video, Shin's father had publicly denounced his son, claiming that his son never lived in a political prison camp and that his testimony was false. The presence of his father alone had prompted Shin to come out two months later, responding to the video. Though, it came as a shock to many of his supporters that he had admitted to changing plenty of crucial details of his story — thus rendering his original account unreliable. Other North Korean refugees then followed suit in taking him to task about the many discrepancies in his story, further delegitimising his credibility. This incident was dubbed "the Shin Dong-hyuk affair" among the North Korean watchers.

The aftermath of the affair had seen his activism slowly waning for the next three years before he eventually decided to retreat into private life, never to be seen again. His pledge to "not hold anything back" and "turn the North Korean regime upside down" never came to fruition. The sad part about this is that even if he were to come back today to continue advocating against the regime, he would forever be known as an unreliable narrator in the eyes of many, even within his closest circles.

The story of Shin Dong-hyuk was a tragic one. But while he was one of the more high-profile examples of North Korean defectors who got caught exaggerating their stories, there's a silver lining to be had in this. At least he admitted to doing so. Besides, there's one other North Korean defector that I would argue had done a lot worse than him.

This is the story of a North Korean defector who came into prominence for her public advocacy against the North Korean regime. As you delve deeper into her story, you will see many inconsistencies that are too glaring to ignore. She lied about parts of her story and failed to address its many contradictions — even when given multiple chances to do so.

In turn, the discrepancies in her accounts gave the regime and its sympathisers plenty of ammunition to minimise or outright dismiss the atrocities within the country. Not only her lies had ultimately damaged the North Korean refugee cause, but she also propagated harmful rhetoric spewed out by many right-wing figureheads in the West, amplifying misinformation in its wake.

This is the story of Yeonmi Park.
