I've been getting tons of requests for a detailed curtain bang tutorial for the holidays so here it is! I know a lot of us are cutting our own hair at home these days because of the lockdowns, and pandemic so I thought, why not show you how to cut your curtain bangs step by step. This is how I use to cut curtain bangs for a lot of my clients when I was working in the salon and it's a fool proof way to get the perfect curtain bang every time!

Most gaming chairs are a complete waste of money.

For years, companies have been selling spine-snapping, back-breaking, neck-nuking “seats” they claim will keep you comfortable while gaming.

And while these racing-style chairs might look cool and come with tons of celebrity endorsements, most of them don’t exactly take care of your spine.

Now, there are some companies trying to bring actual comfort to the masses, but even the bad chairs can be very expensive.

So we had to ask, what makes most gaming chairs so bad? Are any worth the money? Or is the whole industry really a scam?

The best way to make impactful art or be a true ally for a cause is to explore your own challenges with being a better person. We must understand the importance of discerning what we have been taught to think and what we believe based on our own value system. We will also look at literature on personal growth and leadership. Next, we must alter our thoughts and actions to better align with the vision we have for change. This is where we will look at social change campaigns and challenge their effectiveness, then look at deleting old prejudices we have about ourselves and others to understand the importance of being genuine when trying to influence positive change. Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Thabo Chinake is a gender equity advocate and graduate from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. Thabo is passionate about gender issues and has volunteered with numerous organizations including Calgary Pride parade and Students Against Domestic Abuse Association (SADAA). As a hip-hop and spoken word artist under the stage name KTheChosen, Thabo uses his platform to talk about social issues and promote introspective conversations within different communities. In this video we'll discuss how Tess Holliday became the gateway to Health At Every Size - and how this toxic culture of lies, politics and cherry-picked data is affecting the health and happiness of those who join.

I started off thinking that Health at Every Size (HAES) was a Health Movement - and left thinking it was entirely political. Mostly due to Lindo Bacon, the author of the Health at Every Size book, who is incredibly problematic.

In this #documentary style video you will see that #HAES is essentially just Fat Acceptance in disguise. We will look at the history of the HAES movement and how it has grown over time through the influence of #tessholliday.
