Music video by Bob Marley performing The Heathen (Live At The Rainbow 4th June 1977).
By any measure, U2 is one of the world's biggest bands, and lead singer Bono is one of music's biggest stars. He's telling his own story in a new memoir, "Surrender: 40 Songs, One Story." Bono sat down with Jeffrey Brown to talk about it. This is part one of that interview for our arts and culture series, "CANVAS."

Every Pixar movie has introduced its own technical problems, from Hank's tentacle animation in "Finding Dory" to the intense layering of cloth on the skeletons in "Coco." In this episode of "Movies Insider," we take a look at how the unique worlds, characters, and practical challenges brought up by each Pixar movie pushed the studio to expand animation technology. We break down the progress the studio has made over the years in different areas of computer technology, including cloth shading, hair simulation, volumetric clouds, and advanced character rigging. Here's how Pixar improved CG animation with every one of its films from 2012's "Brave" to 2021's "Luca."

Collie Buddz releases his latest single "Take It Easy", encouraging listeners to relax and live in the moment. The laid-back, reggae-infused track provides classic Collie Buddz vibes, with a catchy chorus and relatable lyrics. Too often we get caught up in the hustle & bustle of everyday life, and this song is a refreshing reminder to slow down and take some time out for yourself. "The song came together naturally" explains Buddz, who co-produced the riddim with Jason "J-Vibe" Farmer (keys), alongside bandmates Shawn "Mista Roots" Mitchell (bass), Ronny Gutierrez (guitar) & Noah Cronin of Sea Major Seven Studios on the drums. "Our day to day lives are so hectic, and if we don't take a step back once in a while we jeopardize missing out on the most important moments." Promising a new album later this year, for now fans can enjoy "Take It Easy" available on all major streaming platforms.

4K African Wildlife: Survival of Wild Animals in Ngorongoro National Park With Real Sounds 4K Video
Ngorongoro National Park is home to 25,000 large animals, mainly ungulates. The largest species in the crater include the Black Rhino, which declined from about 108 individuals in 1964-1966 to only 11-14 in 1995, the African Wild Buffalo, the Hippo. In addition, there are some species of ungulates with larger numbers such as the blue wildebeest (estimated at 7,000 individuals in 1994), Grant's zebra (4,000 individuals), Eland antelope, Grant's gazelle, and gazelle. Thomson (about 3,000 individuals). The water antelope occurs mainly in the Lerai forest. However, Oribi, Antelope and Crocodile species were not found, while the Impala was gradually absent as the open forests became unsuitable for them. Giraffes are also absent, possibly due to a lack of plants that favor them. Rarer predators include the East African Lion, East African Leopard, East African Wild Dog, and African Leopard. The crater is home to one of the largest populations of East African Lions with 62 in 2001.
